Suggestions and complaints

Students can submit suggestions complaints regarding the Degree Programme through the Student's Voice platform.

The report (suggestion, complaint, or praise) is processed by the Degree Programme Chair, who, having verified any critical issues/problems in coordination with the relevant stakeholders, proposes appropriate actions for a positive resolution and provides feedback to the student.

Even if you are required to log in with your UNIFI credentials, your reports are completely anonymous, and no one (including system administrators) knows the identity of the person accessing the service.
